Message	If it's cheaper, looks better and if the condition of the car is as excellent as they say (mechanical as well) then it's the better deal to me. Repainting does lower some value, but it's a 15 year old car so if it was just done in the same color to spruce it up (i.e. no major accident) then it's still okay to me. 1993 is newer in age, but unless it was a 94 with the various changes they made then, year isn't that big of a deal to me especially for $2k more.
